Beauty is skin deep.

If someone would ever ask me, that what is the most misunderstood word, I would, without a second thought, tell ‘beauty.’  Trust me, this took so much time to write but I finally could jot down a few lines. I made up my mind and took a leap of faith to make my point across you.
Beauty is over hyped leading to many misconceptions and wrong definitions. Beauty isn’t the color of your skin, the inches on your waist or the shape of your nose. Beauty is skin deep.
Beauty is the face under the shower, where the make up just melts away.
Beauty isn’t a tall and well built man but a man who pulls chairs and open doors for other being.
Beauty isn’t a model posing but the skilled photographer.
Beauty isn’t flawless. Scars have their own story to tell.
Beauty isn’t finding the perfect color for your complexion, it is about a color that reflects your personality and mood.
Beauty isn’t myth, it is the truth.
This article is dedicated to all the lads out their who think that they ain’t beautiful because of their tone their weight or the marks on their skin. You are beautiful, each one of you. Ugly are the people who see your flaws. Don’t hide the acne marks with piles of make up. Accept them, come out with them. It isn’t about how much you weigh, it is about how much goodness your heart weighs. Long hair, big eyes, white skin and red lips are artificial parameters of beauty. Beauty is beyond them.
              Beauty is you. 😊

“The pen is mightier than a sword.”

There could be no other quote more powerful and sensible than this. Human mind is a puddle of insanity, sanity, love, hatred, jealousy, energy, synergy and many more emotions that cannot be penned down. If we started writing down what all we went through in a day, it would be a complete novel in a few days. With this idea, of sharing an individuals thought process, the moments of her life gave rise to the social media. Social media, a powerful platform, following, the motto of the Indian government(no offence), for the people, by the people, of the people. Many apps were developed having the same motto and gaining immense popularity. They had a basic beautiful aim, to connect people from varied regions with assorted thoughts to share their feelings with the world. How beautiful ideas can a 1.5gm come up with?
Every coin has two sides. Every entity has cons and pros. In the same way, social media comes with many advantages and disadvantages. Disadvantages created by the man himself. It is so surprising, that how we mortals can so easily turn tables against us. People try to portray themselves as another individual on the web. It seems like they are reminded of their karma only online. They turn out to be more philanthropic, sympathetic and loving when the screen is on. By, ‘they’, I don’t mean all of us. Why do we pretend to be someone else?
Our karma is the real game changer. It will slap you if your deeds are ugly. The layer above is anyway going to rust. This isn’t rocket science for people not to understand. Maybe, we are just too ignorant or we have started liking this space. The entire space of the virtual world with no real friends. Let me take this a bit upclose and personal.
How many of us talk to ourselves everyday? It is so important to monitor our feelings. Just look at the mirror, is your reflection happy with you? Or is it angry or proud? When I look into the mirror, I don’t see a beautiful face or a gorgeous body. All I see is a strong, proud, independent woman ready to face the world. Am I too selfish? Why did I choose to make myself proud and not my parents. The answer lies within. With my smile begins their happiness. Maybe I am too young to speak such stuff, I am just a normal 20 year told. When my peers are having relationship problems, I have a single problem. When will I learn, relearn and unlearn things? My certificates won’t define my knowledge. My social media accounts won’t define the kind of person I am.
Knowledge is power. Knowledge is divine. Take away all that I have and still I will be richer than you because you cannot take away the essence of being me. I don’t need a mask to mask whoever I am. Whatever I did, or doing or will do, I will never be ashamed of it. I will never pretend to be someone else. Love me the way I am otherwise you are more than free to leave. I would end this post with another nice quote.
“Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth. -Oscar Wilde.”

Adios amigos till my next post. Hope you like it. Welcome to the clan. 😊
